five. Edith went to the G. F. S. tonight, and Eric came over about eight. When Edith came home, we had some music.

Wed. Feb. 26th

Our reading class met here this morning, and I was the reader. We had the Introduction to "Damaged Goods" by Bernard Shaw, and it was nothing, if not broad. I was glad when it was over. Edith & I were home this afternoon until 4:30, then we went over to the church to put collars on the stoles(?), & at five, went to church. Home all evening.

Thurs. Feb. 27th

Went out early this morning to do a lot of errands, and ended our morning, by calling on Aunt Evelina and Aunt Jean. I went up to Frances to lunch, & Edith came up about two. She gave Frances a beautiful hand embroidered night-gown for her trousseau, which she had just finished. Frances was delighted with it. We then took a short walk, before we went to Olive's for our bridge club. Eric came around to-night, and although it was pouring, Papa asked us all if we wanted to go to the vaudeville at the Academy, & we went, & saw a fairly decent show.
