Arrived late as usual. everything to
be closed at 6 P.M. on account a lecture -
No Amer. on streets & were sent
to camps. Pauline & I to Trez-Hir
Went out with several men in auto.
Good dinner - dancing & bed.

Cold, raining, up late walked in rain
to old Chateau & fort. took auto to
St. Mathew. quaint old town. old
Monastery. 629 just ruins standing.
old church. Conquet - quaint &
primitive. old church & light-house.
Walked through old estates & beautiful
gardens. vaudeville & dancing in
evening. May 2
About the same program. Left for Brest in
Pierce Arrow truck at 5 P. M.
