Have crocheted, knitted & sewed on

various things today. Harry was

out of town until evening. We went

to our bridge club at Goodsill's &

enjoyed it very much.

Friday, March 1, 1918

Harry left this morning before daylight

to be gone two days. We had our

weekly cleaning. Took Mary out

for a ride. Gave Aunt T. a box of

candy. Tonight have crocheted around

sleeves of a night gown for mother.

She made Mary a pretty white

apron, trimmed in pink scalloping.

I never saw such an industrious

one as she is. Never idle a minute

and always doing for others.
