Before I was up this a. m. word
came of a troop train. I hustled
into my clothes & went to the
station. Made sandwiches and
helped serve about 150 for breakfast.
Word came of 500 men about
noon and we got ready for
them. I came home, then
went back. Geo. & family,
John & Marnie were have for
supper & evening. We girls and
Mother knitted. Harry has
been away two days -- returned
tonight.
