We put in the entire night with

Mary last night. She must have

had the earache or tooth ache.

This morning I felt as if I had

had a night out. Mary made up

for lost time this a. m. & had a fine

sleep. I wrote letters to Mother, Ella

cards to Alberta, Mrs. Joyce, Mrs. Butler

& Bess C. Took a long nap myself

this afternoon to make up for lost

sleep. This eve right after dinner

we had a big rain storm on just

half of the lake. The sunnset was

brilliant thro' it all and lasted

until 9 o'clock. The northern lights

were visible too.

Letter from Mother. Card too Mary from

Edith Parks. This has been a perfect

day. Air quite frosty this morning

& evening but just right during

the day. Have knitted a lot today.

Had a whole pike baked for

supper.
