Baked a pie and got a real nice

dinner. Ge. J. was over to eat

with us. Harry went to K. C.

last night. Sewed all afternoon

& I darned & embroidered on Mary's

dress. Mother, Mary & I went

up town after supper to see

the "Christmas lights" as Mary says. Bought a

necktie for Harry's birthday.

Enjoyed looking around.

We've sewed & sewed and now I guess

everything is done. I relined

Mary's [fur?] tonight and made

buttonholes in one of mother's

big aprons. This morning

Mother made 'oddles of all kinds

of fancy Xmas cakes which

are beautiful. I went ot an

Alpha frolic this afternoon.

Everyone told a funny story.

Mrs. Holmes served a turkey lunch.
