Dear E,

          I received your letter

to day, also one from Noll, I know

I should not have found fault with

you for sending me that lint or cloth.

And I did not find fault with you

for sending it, for rest asured I can

apreeciate your intentions, and know

that you done it, and would even

rob yourself for me at any and all

times, but I have writen home so many

times, to you and the rest of the folks

not to believe all that's toled them, and

never to send things unelss they are

sent for, And [Jim?] knew that he

has never know[?] want of bandages

in a centeral or general Hospital

since he has been in the servise.
