writing to do today as Capt Brown is Judge Advocate

of a Military Commission sitting now and I have a

whol trial orders, Charges, specifications, Evidence &c. &c.

to coppy and it no small job I asure you.

write next Sunday if not before. I will write to Mary Pearson

as soon as i get a chance. Kiss the Children for me

and tell Willy to give you a dozen for his father.
