My dear Uncle,
Last evening's mail brought me your
letter. I hope you will be able to commence proceed-
ings in some [shape?] in the case of the Delaware
Lot. I hope too you will be able to effect
a speedy settlement of our affairs with R. M. Camp-
bell & John E. Smith's [representatives?]
We are in our usual health. Your Elizabeth
is very well.
