Dear Brother

                  I recieved your

kind letter last night  I was

very glad to hear from home  I have

wrote to Euince the 15th and Nathan

and Albro the 16th but have not sent

them yet  I was some what surprised

to hear that I have an other brother

please give him my best respects tell

Polly if she will be steady I will

write her a letter by and by.  You

wanted to know wheather we had

got our horses or not wel nary bit

of a horse have I rode excpt a wooden

one  I should not be surprised if we did

not get them before spring  we might

have had them by taking some that

had been culled but we would not
