doing atmost nothing and I know I am

Sam Phillips and A. J. Newell both

speak of going to New York.

 

   Robt Ellis is getting quite anxious to hear

from you so he can order.  also your

father is getting impatient for his Sugar

&c.  he says he would like to have something

new to look at if he cant sell,

 

Perhaps you had better send it for him

and if you dont wish to use any of the

money you have with you   you can draw

on Jones [Lutturlok?] & Co (P.A.W. & co) for

$100. which I have deposited for you &

write to me & I'll have some more,

 

There is a good deal of Cotton coming

in Brings from 22 to 24 cts New
