I had a visit to
day from Belle Peacock and
the original John Verly - Smith
Ferguson & wife are up here living
Belle stays with them part of the
time - they report you well, I am
glad of it - I think I have at
last found out a way by which
I can be as well off as any body
I have a scheme I am going into
which if it prospers will bring me
about 60 dollars a week, then I
will be all right, this working
for a small salary is at last
played out with me I am getting
Yahnkeefied - I shall of course
hold on to what I have got till
this arrangement turns up - I am
going however to get rich this year
My ararngement may take me
a few weeks in Cinncinatti & St
