To Celia Morgan, greeting

           A Happy New year

to you - "so you are always my darling

if I will only let you be" I have dreamed

3 nights of you, and that all was well

with us again - Thank God I have out-

lived the unhappy old year - and

commenced the new one aright. I have

no promises to make - will you trust

me for the New Year - and the fulfil-

ment of a new work - If God has power

I cannot fail

           I am going to make something

before next Christmas and that is a

home, dont wait for me to write

out with your prospectus, plans &

advice, be frank with me.
