we are leaving Guitre
we are going to hike

with full Packs, 60 lbs

not had any thing to eat
they say we feed
at 5 30 this afternoon
we had our feed at
530 this is what we
had Beans bread & Syrup
Coffee. this city is about
30,000 Population we are
stationed in a French
Armory Caserue 3
Buildings hold 15000
men.
Feb 4th today I went
out to the cemetary and
seen the Paupers Cemet
I counted 37 skeletons
