clear & cold. grand day. Bud
called [Stanto?] about fuel oil and
they brought him a tank load
by 10 o'clock. New driver. Dad to
Clompus to pay bill. Boys at George
McCullough's & [Loury?] Tump before
lunch, after they were at Bill
Darlingtons. I did all ironing
little mending, took nap then
made bread pudding for supper.
Dad working on old apple
tree stump. hard work to get
it chopped out but will look
nice to get it away, then he
is going to cut top out of big
bushes. Bud worked late. he
hung lath - R. door & cedar closet
door.
