snowing hard & cold. Boys at [McCue??]
puttng in new toilet. After lunch
Bud went to Ellwood Bennett's to
hook stove up for him & W. painted
over in House awhile. Smith's
have bought Ellwood's place & are
papering there now surely nice
as they will clean it up. I
talked to Ethel, Bob not feeling
good she said but he is working
& can't seem to do much this
weather should be sewing on
something but lazy kind of a
time. Dad working still on
stool, put it to-gether & [shellaced?]
it, (orange). ice is dreadful. Bud's
steps are almost impossible even for
him.
