Day Ash Wednesday to come
raining. Boys at Stewart's, she
has no water. Dad working
on rug frame. more work on
it than he thought I'm sure.
I had things easy for lunch so
Dad took me to Aneta's, Howard
[Supple?] came in for us & Sara
[Ansty?]. went to [Edkins?] to sew.
Had good day. I made pair
of socks; others worked on pieces
for small Quilt top. left at 3
as snowing hard. Dad came to
[Aneta's?] for me. She showed me
sec. floor Apart. really nice.
only dark to me. After supper
[Calvin?] H. here for piece of pipe. Had
hard time getting here, road in
bad shape
