Beautiful day. Boys at Ed. Clouds:
Dad down to Smith's Pump (store)
then he painted bottom sash & sill
of S. window in living room while
I was cleaning & taking down the
curtains. I washed them also den
& put away. look too heavy for hot
weather. I put 1 flower stand on
porch & put violets in smaller space.
They have stopped blooming now
& taking a rest. I cut up vine in
basket & put out. Mama sat on
porch most of after-noon. real nice
