Men all at Leaman job, Bud left
at 11 to go with Eachus fishing
Dad & I home at 3. glad they [got??]
done as it was surely hot. I [cut??]
yellow rose & cleaned up [???]
Scarlet for [Sammy??], layed one down
stayed till noon then I washed
one venetian blind in our bed. R.
really dirty & job to do. I ironed
few aprons & dress I washed [yester?]
day. After supper Dad & I went
to Hick's to Ida Bennet viewing
at 7, then on to see (Father's Little
Dividend) Spencer Tracy was
fine, real funny picrure. Home
by 9, so wasn't too late.
