Beautiful day. Boys at [M. Pratt's??] . Dad
over to Lemans about 1-30 to put
piece of pipe in. He took Church
money in morn. to Bank I did
the ironong & Mama spoke of her
eyes being so bad to-day, I told
her what Dr. Doran had told me
that a cataract formation was a
mist or fog. she really felt better
or seemed better for knowing. She
knows she can't go thro' an operation.
After supper Bob, Ethel & Bobby down , they
helped Dad weed onions & picked wax
beans. [mess??] for all. I watched Bobby
he played with Kenny & Denny [McGovern??]
