and airplane spotting and visiting people and having

people visit us.  Fred phoned Danny, and Wren

phoned Beth; gee, now it should be my turn.

                        Nov. 28, 1942

            Danny, Eddie and B. Ann (her friend) and

I took a long walk after lunch and then I went

to the dorm to see Holly, Kay, Ginnie and Lou.

We all went up to Chowning’s for a good supper

in candlelit atmosphere.  It was awfully nice.

                        Nov. 29, 1942

            Kay, Holly and I went to the Lodge coffee

shoppe for ham croquettes, coffee and apple pie.

We took pictures and walked home slowly.  Holly

left on the 3:30 P.M. train.  Eddie and B. Ann left

this morning.  We all gabbed and I studied

for tomorrow’s Sociology exam.

                        Nov. 30, 1942

            Today was a nice day!  Course, I had a

crummy Sociology test but I’ve gotten immune

to crummy Sociology tests.  This afternoon I went

to Dr. Tucker’s who rebandaged my foot and

advised me to see an orthopedic man Christmas

vacation. (It really hasn’t gotten much better.)
